Agree to participate in the local improvement district for future improvements to Fordyce Street, including curb, gutter, paving and sidewalk. property owner agrees to pay assigned share of such improvement costs. The 2. That the underground irrigation line crossing Parcel 2 and the irrigation/drainage ditch nearest the western property line of Parcel 2 shall have a full easement descriptions prepared prior to the issuance of a building permit or further division, either through partition or subdivision, of the parcel. 3. That the irrigation ditch running along the southern property line of Parcel 2 for approximately 200 feet west of the western boundary of Fordyce Street shall be considered in any future development of Parcel 2 which may disrupt water service from this ditch. 4. Agree that the irrigation/drainage ditch crossing Parcel 2 and the western property line of Parcel 1 shall have a full easement description prepared prior to the issuance of a building permit or further division, either through partition or subdivision, of either parcel. If this ditch is relocated or culverted, consideration shall be given to Parcel 1 concerning the relocation to ensure proper grade and drainage.
