Ashland Parks and Recreation Commission agrees to rent from the
City of Ashland a Riding Toro Lawn Mower, Serial Number
The term of this lease is three years commencing on May 5 1989
and ending on April 5 1991.
Ashland Parks and Recreation may prepay any amount during the
term of the lease and it is agreed that the payment schedule
would be recalculated using a 9.25% interest rate.
The payments are $1,125.00 per month starting on July 5th. If at
any time the Parks and Recreation department is delinquent more
than 10 days an additional charge will be calculated at the 9.25%
interest rate.
The Ashland Parks and Recreation department is responsible for
insuring the vehicle and for maintaining the vehicle in good
running condition. In the event the vehicle is deemed unusable
the entire balance on the lease becomes due and payable.
At the end of the lease the mower may be purchased for an
additional fee of $1.00.
