It is recognized that the hereinafter described land
uses or is permitted to use Ta]ent Irr.4gation DistrSct irrigation
water from tl~e City of Ashland, The right to the use of this

pu~'suant to the provisions of Ashland C.ity Ordinance No.

A tract or parcel of land situated in the Northeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of
the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon and being more fully
described as follows:
Commencing at a found 1 inch square iron bar situated at the West
sixteenth corner common to Sections 9 and 16, said Township and
Range; thence along the section line common to said sections, North
89° 50' 22" East (Deed Record East, 136 feet) 136.00 feet; thence
leaving said section line, South 00° 34' 09" East and parallel to the
West boundary line of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 16 (Deed Record South) 20.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin
situated in the Southerly right of way of Ashland Street for the true
point of beginning; thence continuing South 00° 34' 09" East and
parallel to the West boundary line of the Northeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 16, (Deed Record South) 150.00 feet to a
5/~ inch iron pin; thence South 89° 50' 22" West and parallel to the
North boundary line of Section 9, a distance of 111.59 feet to a 5/8
inch iron pin situated in the Easterly right of way of Terrace
Street; thence North 00° 47' 56" West along said right of way,
150.005 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated in the Southerly right
of way of Ashland Street; thence North 89° 50' 22" East along said
right of way of Ashland Street, 112.19 feet to the point of
beginning.
The owners or contract purchasers are the persons who
have signed this document and they agree to the terms of the above
referenced ord2~ance and as it may be amended in the future.
This agreement is to run With the ]and and to be b~nd~ng
on the heirs, successors and assigns of the undersigned.
