It is recognized that the hereinafter described land
uses or is permitted to use Talent Irrigation District irrigation
wate:' from the City of Ashland. The right to the use of this
wate~- is regulated and may be temporari, ly or permanently terminated
pursuant to the provisions of Ashland City 'Ordinance No.
and a,:o it may be amended in the future. The land involved is
located at 252 Strawberry Lane in the City of Ashland, County
of Jackz, on, State of Ore~lon, more particularly described as follows'
The East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
QuRrter of Section 8~ Township 39 South, Range 1 East~ Willamette Meridian,
Jackson ~ounty, Oregon. ~SO, Beginning at a point 49 links South of the
Southwest corner of GOvernment Lot 2 in said Section, Township and Range;
thence South 8 chains 96 links; thence East, 63.36 feet; thence North 1~36'
East, 591.59 feet; thence West, 1 chains 21 links to the place of beginning
ALSO, Beginning at a point 49 links South of the Southwest corner of the
aforesaid Government Lot 2, and running thence North, 1 chains and 15 links
more or less, to the p~lic street; thence East, 30 links; thence South 1
chains 'and 15 links, more or less, to a point East of the point of Beginnin

referenced ordinance and as it may be amended in the future.
This agreement is to run with the land and to be binding
on the heirs, successors and assigns of the undersigned.
