Description of the tract of land which ia the subject of this report.
Commencing at a point on the West line of High Street in the City of
Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, said point being South 8.80 chains
and South 89° 54' West, 20.0 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 4
in Section 5, Township 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian,
Jackson County, Oregon; thence South, along the West line o~ High
Street, 72.105 feet to the Southeast corner of that tract'described
in Document No. 80-20657, Official Records ot Jackson County, Oregon,
for the True Point of Beginning; thence continue South, along the
West line of High Street, 72.105 feet, more or less, to the Southeast
corner of tract described in Volume 395, Page 281, Jackson County,
Oregon, Deed Records; thence West, along the South line o~ said
tract, 250 feet, more or less, to a point on that boundary line
agreement recorded as Document No. 76-07241, said Official Records;
thence North 00° 39' 07" West, along said boundary line, 72.105 feet,
more or less, to the Southwest corner of said tract described in
Document No. 80-20657, said Official Records; thence North 89° 54'
East, along the South line of said tract, 250 feet, more or less, to
the True Point of Beginning.
