AGREEMENT CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS
I, Alice Eo Briery, as the contract purchaser and Richard Fo
Ditsworth and Rose Eo Ditsworth, husband and wife, as the owners
of property described on the tax rolls of Jackson County, Oregon
as 39 1E 9AB 2000 do consent to the following described improvement°
Curb, gutter and paving on A Street between 6th and
7th Streets
Said consent is on the basis that neither we nor our prop-
erty will be assessed or compelled to pay anything for said
improvement o

Allan Fo Sandler
being the owner of property described as map and tax lot numbers
39 1E 9AB 2100 and 2300, do recognize that ~ property will be
substantially and particularly benefitted by the above described
improvement and that in order for said improvement to be installed,
and to avoid remonstrances that might prevent the improvement from
being installed, ~- ~ ~~ ~
agree, for successors and
assigns, that ~ property and ~~shall be liable for the
assessment to be assessed against the property described in the
first paragraph of this Agreement, as well
against ~ own property° In other words,
as for the assessment
