As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we
hereby consent to the following improvements, dedications, or other actions
as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate
payment of associated costs. This agreement is to be binding upon myself/
ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express
intention that this agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment
of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
This consent is in consideration of granting of Final Plan Approval
of Phase I of Tolman Creek Meadows.
Improvement, Dedication or Other Action:
1) In favor of future improvements to Tolman Creek Road.
2) That the City and its officers, agents and employees shall
be held harmless for any accidents occurring within and adjacent
to the existing dwelling located within the right-of-way dedication
of Cub Circle.
3) That at the time improvements take place for the extension
of Cub Circle the applicant shall remove the dwelling within the
