This is an addendum to an Agreement made and entered into the
23rd day of September, 1986, by and between CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal
corporation in the State of Oregon, hereinafter referred to as "Ashland",
and GEORGE A. HARSHMAN, hereinafter referred to as "Harshman", the FIRST
INTERSTATE BANK OF OREGON, N.A., as Trustee for Stanley W. Wilt, fbo
Virginia Wilt Trust, hereinafter referred to as "Bank", HAROLD T. GENTRY
and LORENE M. GENTRY, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Gentry",
and HAROLD A. SHEFFIELD and BETTY L. SHEFFIELD, husband and wife, herein-
after referred to as "Sheffield".
Gentry and Sheffield do hereby transfer to Ashl~.d their rights
under an Agreement dated September 1, 1964, wherein W. H. KNEEBONE was
the Seller, and SAM B. DAVIS, SIDNEY E. AINSWOP. TH, CHRISTIAN P. HALD and
ROEERT A. BOYER were the Purchasers, with Gentry and Sheffield warrant-
ing and guaranteeing that they have, and are hereby are, transferring to
the City of Ashland a right to the public easement as described on page
7 of said Agreement. Further, Gentry and Sheffield agree to do all things
necessary in the future to perfect that right so that Ashland may con-
struct such a street, which shall include, but not be limited to, their
re<~uesting and being parties plaintiff or defendant in any necessary
litigation; however, with the cost of the litigation and the cost of
perfecting the right to be at the expense of Ashland.
