Larry Medinger/and Uonnea Medinger, grantors, convey to the
City of Ashland, Oregon, a municipal corporation, grantee, a
perpetual easement over the real property of grantors described
in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by this
reference herein, which easement is more particularly described
in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated by this
reference herein, for the purpose of causing to be constructed
and maintaining therein, wholly beneath the surface of the
ground, a twelve (12) inch sanitary sewer line as part of the
public sanitary sewer system of the said city, including a right
to go upon the premises described in Exhibit "A" with such men
and equipment as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes
hereof, reserving to grantors the right to possess and make such
use of the premises above described as shall not conflict with
the said city in the exercise of this easement.

EASEMENT
A Sanitary Sewer Easement over, across, and through a strip of land, lO.O feet
in width lying 5.0 feet on each side of, when measured at right angles there-
from, the following described centerline'
Commencing at a 6 inch diameter concrete post with a 3 inch diameter bronze
disk situated at the Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim No. 44, Township
39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Base and Meridian, Jackson County,
Oregon; thence North 00o06'22'' East along the West boundary line of said claim,
74.035 feet to a 1 inch galvanized iron pipe situated at the Northwest corner
of the Mill Pond Subdivision, A Planned Unit Development to the City of Ashland,
unrecorded; thence leaving said claim line North 89°43'25'' East along the
Northerly boundary line of said subdivision, 127.715 feet to a point which is
situated 5.0 feet Easterly of when measured at right angles therefrom, the
centerline of Wightman Street as set forth in said subdivision and being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the centerline of this easement along
the arc of a 1675.50 foot radius curve to the left, the radial bearings 'in
and out' are North 87°40'24'' West and North 86°17'00'' East (the central angle
is 06 degrees 02 minutes and 36 seconds) 176.725 feet; thence North 03°43'00''
West, 201.69 feet; thence along the arc of a 1212.50 foot radius curve to the
right, the radial bearings 'in and out' are North 86o17'00'' East and North
81o25'00'' West (the central angle is 12 degrees 18 minutes and O0 seconds)
260.295 feet; thence North 29°43'45'' West, 230.845 feet; thence North 00°06'22"
East, 5.00 feet to a point in the Northerly boundary line of that tract or
parcel of land as set forth in Volume 441, page 288 of the Deed Records of
Jackson County, Oregon and shown on that map of survey filed in the Office
of the Jackson County Surveyor as number 8597 and there terminating.
