HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-059 Easement - Medinger 7~' lZll EASEMENT ~ Aubrev Seeman Larry Medinger/and Uonnea Medinger, grantors, convey to the City of Ashland, Oregon, a municipal corporation, grantee, a perpetual easement over the real property of grantors described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein, which easement is more particularly described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein, for the purpose of causing to be constructed and maintaining therein, wholly beneath the surface of the ground, a twelve (12) inch sanitary sewer line as part of the public sanitary sewer system of the said city, including a right to go upon the premises described in Exhibit "A" with such men and equipment as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes hereof, reserving to grantors the right to possess and make such use of the premises above described as shall not conflict with the said city in the exercise of this easement.
