Dear Mr. and Mrs. Phelps:
This letter agreement will reiterate and clarify our conversation
of May 5, 1986, concerning the disposition of the two four-inch sewer
connects, which the City of Ashland traded to Roy L. and Jessie P.
Phelps in 1961 for a sewer trunk line through property described in
Volume 521, Page 271, Jackson County Records.
It is my understanding that you are now the owners of the above-
described property and that it is your desire to use the two four-inch
sewer connects on property located at 910 Oak Street and 778 1/2 Oak
Street.
The City of Ashland will allow you to transfer the location of the
sewer connects to 910 Oak St. and 778 1/2 Oak St. providing that you
give up all future rights to the two sewer connects previously
authorized for that property described in Volume 521, Page 271,
Jackson County Records, and as described in the attached letter dated
August 16, 1976.

We agree to the provisions stated above and hereby give up all rights
to the two four-inch sewer services offered at no charge in trade for a
sewer easement across the property described in Volume 521, Page 271,
Jackson County Records.
