It is recognized that the hereinafter described land
uses or is perlnitted to use Talent Irrigation District irrigation
water from the City of Ashland. The right to thc use of this
wate? is regulated and may be temporarily or permanently terminated

pursu~nt to the Fro~l-~lons -
and a:. it may be a~ended in the future. The land involved is
located ~at ~8 Tu(ker St. in the City of Ashland, County
of Jackz-on, State of O;egon, uore particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found 2" iron pipe situated at the accepted
southwest corner of Donation Land Claim No. 38, Jn Township 39
South, Range 1 East of the ~i]]amette Meridian Jn 8ackson County,
Oregon thence South 425 44 feet to a point ~ the southerly
right' of way ]Jne of Tucker Street, which bears East 0.54 of a
foot from a 5/8" X 24" iron rod situated at the intersection of
the southerly right of way line of Tucker Street with the
easterly right of way line of Prim Street; thence East, along the
southerly right of way line of Tucker Street, 111.24 feet to a
5/8" X 24" iron rod for the true point of begJnnJng; thence
