Dear Mr. Almquist:
I am pleased to announce the consummation of ownership transfer between McCaw
Communications of Southern Oregon and Cooke CableVision Inc., effective April 14,
1987.
Enclosed please find the fully executed acceptance of Ordinance No. 2415 as
required for this transfer.
Although this transaction involved a transfer of the assets, it will not result
in any interruption or degradation of cable services, nor will it require any
change in management personnel or operating procedures. The system will also
continue to operate under the McCaw name for a period of time.
Thank you for all your support and assistance during this transfer process.

Reference is made to that certain Ordinance No. 2415
("Ordinance") adopted by .Ashland, Oregon
on February 24, 1987 ·
Cooke CableVision Inc. unconditionally accepts the terms
of the Ordinance and agrees to comply with and abide by all of
its provisions, terms and conditions.
