KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That C.T. Scott
does hereby grant an Easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of One dollar ($1.00)
which Easement .is for the installation and perpetual maintenance of
public utilities including but not limited t° water, sewer, electrical
and telephone lines.
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
A strip or parcel of land 15.00 feet in width and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a 2 inch iron pipe monumenting the Initial Point of Edmonds
Subdivision in the City of Ashland, said point bears South 2,131.72 feet and
west 706.00 feet from the quarter corner common to Sections 11 and 14 in
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County,
Oregon; thence South 89°00'51" West, (plat record South 88053' West) along
the North boundary of said Edmonds Subdivision 627.1 feet more or less to
the West boundary of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 14, for the True Point of Beginning; thence North 00°00'23'' East,
along said West boundary 276.6 feet more or less to the South boundary of that
tract of land as described in volume 376, page 409 of the deed records of
Jackson County; thence East, along said boundary 15.00 feet; thence South 00°
00'23" West, 276.6 feet more or less to the North boundary of. Edmonds
Subdivision; thence South 89°00'51'' West, along said boundary 15.00 feet to

The Grantor warrants that he is the o~,mer of said real property free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record
on the below date.
