The CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", conveys and specially
warrants unto J. ERVIN TONEY and RUBY E. TONEY, husband and wife,
all that real property situated in Jackson County, State of
Oregon and described within Exhibit "A" attached.
Grantor hereby covenants that title to same is free from
encumbrances created or suffered by Grantor.
This Deed is not for monetary consideration, but is
given pursuant to Grantor's right of rescission accorded Grantor
within an agreement between these parties dated December 16, 1986
appertaining to said real property. This Deed now places the
parties in a non-relationship situation to the same extent as
though there had never been a transaction between them.
