KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Christopher and Elizabeth Larke
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for Installation and Maintenance
of underground utilities (easement presently occupied by a 2-inch diameter
water pipe line)
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 39
South,~ Range i East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, Being more fully
described as follows:
Commencing at a found 5/8" iron pin, situated at the South East corner of Parcel No. 2
of that Minor Land Partition, as filed in Volume 2, Page 74 of "Minor Land Partitions"
in Jackson County, Oregon; thence, North 32°01'37'' West, 15.00 feet, along the
Northerly right of way of Scenic Drive; thence North 5~17'16" East, 15.00 feet; thence
South 32°01'37'' East, 10.00 feet; thence North 59°17'16'' East, 75.00 feet; thence
North 32°01'37" West, 3.00 feet; thence North 59°17'16'' East, 56.00 feet; thence North
32°01'37'' West, 7.00 feet; thence North 59°17'16'' East, 25.92 feet to a point on the
Northeasterly line of said Parcel No. 2, thence along said Northeasterly line, South
32°37'25'' East, 15.00 feet to a found 5/8" iron pin situated at the Northe2st corner
of said Parcel No. 2; thence South 59°17'16'' West, 172.075 feet along the Southwesterly
line of said'Parcel No. 2, to the point of beginning.
The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except
those of record on the below date.
