As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we
hereby consent to the following improvements, dedications, or other actions
as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate
payment of associated costs. This agreement is to be binding upon myself/
ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express
intention that this agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment
of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the propertl
This consent is in consideration of a Minor [and Partition.
Improvement, Dedication or Other Action:
l) Aqree to participate in the local improvement district for future improvements
to Clay Street, including curb, gutter and paving. The property owner agrees
to pay assigned share of such improvement costs.
2) That the flag drive be paved and screened per Ashland Municipal Code 18.76.060
requirements prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any new
structure placed on this parcel.
