do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and maintenance
of underground public utility lines including but not limited to
electrical lines;
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim Number
38, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian,
Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 321.71 feet and East 495.03
feet to a found 5/8 inch iron pin monumenting the Southwest corner
of parcel number 2 as shown on that minor land partition filed for
record on the 30th daY of April 1987 and recorded in Volume 2,
page 88 of "Minor Land Partitions" in Jackson County, Oregon for
the True Point of Beginning; thence along a 150 foot radius curve
to the right (the long chord of which bears North 66042'20'' East,
10.90 feet) 10.90 feet; thence North 00°12'18'' East, 129.2i feet
to the'Southerly line of an existing easement; thence along said
line South 89°25'00'' West, 10.00 feet to the Westerly line of said
parcel; thence along said line South 00°12'18'' West, 133.42 feet
to the point of beginning.

The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real
property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except
those of record on the below date.
