free of encbmbrances except as specifically set forth herein.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN
THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND' USE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE
PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE. PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY
APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST

Commencing at the Northwest comer of Donation Land Claim No. 53 in Township 38
South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, said County and State;
Thence South 00° 19' 02" West, 362.97 feet; thence North 89° 26' 55' West, 45.00 feet
to the Westerly boundary of Oak Street also being the Northeast comer of that parcel
described in Document No. 90-13706 of the Records of Jackson County, Oregon;
thence leaving the Westerly line of Oak Streetl along the Northerly boundary of said
