Beginning at a Foint situated on the East right-of-way line of
Prim Street, South 00° 32' 37" East 82.00 feet from the Northwest
corner of said Lot 3; thence North 89o 57' 55" East 150.005 feet
to a 1" diameter bras cap marked: "Prop. Cor." and being on the
East line of said Lot 3; thence South 00° 32' 37" East along said
line, 72.225 feet to a found 5/8" diameter iron pin being the
Southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence South 89° 57' 55" West,
along the South line thereof, 150.005 feet to a point situated on
the East line of Prim Street in the City of Ashland; thence North
00° 32' 37" West, 72.225 feet to the point of beginning.
