Beci<ett - County Clerk PUBLIC uTILITY EASEMENT Billing Memorial LLC., (Grantor) does hereby dedicate to the public of the City of Ashland, a perpetual easement, 15.00 feet in width, for facilities of public utilities, described as follows: SEE EXHIBIT "A" Providers of public utilities may use this easement for construction and maintenance of their utility facilities. Public utilities that may use this easement include, but are not limited to, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water, gas, electric, telephone and cable television. CONDITIONS The Grantors, their successors and assigns, covenant that they shall not construct any building or other structure, except standard surface paving, in the easement; shall not excavate adjacent to utility facilities and shall not reduce or increase the depth of the cover over any utility facilities without the City's written consent. A utility making any excavation pursuant to this easement shall promptly fill the excavation to grade of the adjoining property, restore the surface and repair any damage to landscaping and irrigation systems.
