J 1~ ~cLean Bu~.~hess Manager Shop Steward 659, I.B.E.W. cc: Pat Caldwell, ~ Energy Analyst and Inspector Certification Pay The list of certifications shown below are divided into three groups- 1) mandatory- condition of employment, 2) second priority, and 3) third priority. A new Energy Analyst and Inspector will be expected to have or complete the mandatory certifications within the first 90 calendar days of employment. The City will pay certification pay of 2.5% for obtaining all second priority certifications and 2.5% for obtaining all third priority certifications. Additional courses required in the future will be taken without certification pay. These priority groupings may be changed by mutual agreement of the parties. Mandatory 1. Residential Energy Conservation Analyst Cycle I/II Amendments 5. Energy Analyst and Inspector Recertification Second Priority 1. Advanced Energy Analyst Training 2. Super Good Cents Utility Technical Training 3. Heat Pump Hot Water Systems and Inspection 4. Solar Hot Water Systems and Inspection 5. Super Good Cents Selling Energy Efficiency 6. Super Good Cents Advanced Energy Analyst 7. Heat Pump Training Third Priority 1. Certification as Energy Auditor in the Institutional Building Program for ODOE 2. Oregon Home Demonstration Program 3. Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems 4. Continuous Air Barrier Systems 5. Heating System Options and Sizing 6. Heat Recovery Sizing and Installation
