HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-070 Deed RestrictionS8-28033 1 WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, being the owners of the land described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, do for ourselves, our heirs, assigns and personal representatives, do covenant with the City of Ashland, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, that we or they w~ not partition, divide or lease less than the whole the land described in Exhibit "A" until such time it is annexed to the City of Ashland. By accepting this Deed Restriction the City of Ashland is not agreeing to annex said land at any particular time nor under any particular circumstances. The consideration for this covenant is that the City of Ashland will allow the covenantors and the property described in Exhibit "A" to be connected to the City's sewage treatment system. Said covenant shall run with the land described in Exhibit "A" and shall bind and shall inure to the benefit of the City of Ashland and shall expire and terminate at the time said land is annexed to the City of Ashland, Oregon.
