galvanized iron pipe and bronze cap situated at the Northeast corner of said Government
Lot l; thence West, 459.78 feet to the Northwest corner of that tract of land as set
forth in Document No. 85-06248 of the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon and
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing West, 7.09 feet to a point in the
Easterly right of way line of Clover Lane as set forth in Volume 271, Page 548 of the
Deed Records of Jack:son County, Oregon; thence South 00°02'16'' West along said Easterly
right of way line (deed record South 0°17~' Wesi) 392.2 feet to a point in the Northeast-
erly right of way line of Interstate Highway No. 5 as set forth in Volume 509, Page 241
of the Deed Records of Jackson County, O~egon; thence South 23046'02" East along said
Northeasterly right of way line, 22.29 feet to a point which is 9.0 feet Easterly of
when measured at right angles therefrom, the Easterly right of way line of Clover Lane,
as he~einabove set forth; thence North 00°02'16'' East and parallel to said Easterly
right of way line of Clover Lane, 412.60 feet to a point in the Northerly boundary line
of that tract of land as set forth in Document No. 85-06248 of the Official Records of
Jackson County, Oregon; thence West, 1.91 feet to the point of beginning.
