As the owner(s) of the property listed above, ~ I/we
hereby consent to the following improvements, dedications, or other actions as required by
the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This
agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and
it is my/our express intention that this agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillm~
of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
Improvement, Dedication, or Other Action:

prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the eastern parce~Ls.
2) That sound attenuation measures be taken prior to issuance of a
certificate of occupancy adjacent to the railroad right of way, such. __
as a burme or wall, to help mitigate the sound ~enerated from train
traffic.
3) That all necessary utilites shall be installed within the all-e¥ right
of way prior to paving.
