APPLICATION AND CONSENT TO ANNEXATION
For the purpose of applying to the City of Ashland to have our land
annexed to that City, we represent that we are the legal owners of record,
or the contract purchasers pursuant to a recorded contract, of the following
described land located in Jackson County, Oregon:
/-~Beginning at a point on the West line of Clay Street, 1534~4
~feet South of its intersection with the Southerly line of
Siskiyou Boulevard, said point being 260.14 feet North of the
Southeast corner of Lot 20 of the Bellevue Tract in Township 39
South, Range ! East, Willamette Meridan, Jackson County, Oregon,
also being the Southeast corner of tract described in instrument
recorded as Document No. 76-09862, Official Records'of Jackson
Oregon; thence West along the South line thereof 154.0 feet to
the Southwest corner thereof and the true point of beginning;
thence continue West 294.33 feet; thence North 80.0 feet; thence
East, 294.33 feet; thence North 80.0 feet; thence East, 294.33
feet; thence South 80.0 feet to the true point of beginning.

We hereby request and consent to the annexation of the above-described
land to the City of Ashland; and, in exchange for the scheduling of a public
hearing and in consideration of this request to the City of Ashland, we agree
that this consent to annexation shall be binding umon our heirs and assigns.
