That Ross A. Coldwell and Barbara S. Coldwell
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar (~1.00)
which Easement is for installation and maintenance of
underground electrical utility lines and above ground appurtenances including
one transformer
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit'
Commencing at a point on the West line of Clay Street, 1534.4 feet
South of its intersection with the 'Southerly line of Siskiyou
Boulevard, said point being, 260.14 feet North of the Southeast
corner of Lot 20, BELLEVUE TRACT, in Township 39 South, Range 1
East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North
80.00 feet; thence West 154.00 feet to the Northwest corner of
tract described in instrument recorded as Document No. 76-09862,
Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence South, 8.00
feet for the True Point of _Beginning; thence West, 135.00 feet;
thence North,-~7-_O0--~; thence West, 10.00 feet, thence South,
80.00 feet; thence East 10.00 feet; thence North, 62.00 feet;
thence East, 135.00 feet; thence North, 10.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
