Dear Al,
In response to your letter of August 21, 1984 and in accord-
ance with our Engineering Proposal dated August 17, 1984, we,
Savikko Engineering/Kelson Engineering, propose to furnish
engineering services for this building per the scope of the
project, as described in your Request for Proposal dated on
or about August 1, 1984.
The services will include the preparation of plans and speci-
fications, consulting with your staff in helping them prepare
a bid advertising package, assisting, as required, in award-
ing the construction contract, performing inspections and com-
municating with the contractor during construction, and,
lastly, making the final inspections.
We plan to begin work on the project very soon and to complete
the design work well within the 60 days allotted. At your
earliest convenience, we would like to meet with you to tie
down, in detail, your criteria on the building.
If this proposal is agreeable, please sign and return a copy
of this letter.
