It is recognized that tile hereinafter described land
uses or is permitted to use Talent Irrigation. District irrigation
water from the City of Ashland. The right to the use of this
wate'r is regulated and may be ten~porar51y or permanently tetminated
pursuant to the provisions of Ashland City Ordinance No. /~7~
and as it ma)' be amended in the future. The land involved is
located at WELLER LANE SUBDIVISION in the City of Ashland, County
of Jackson, State of Oregon, more part~_cuiarly described as foliows:
The northerly ten (10) feet of Lot 6, Block 2, WELLER LANE SUBDIVISION, to the
City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, according to the official Plat thereof,
now of record.
The owners or contract purchasers are the persons who
have signed this docu]nent and they agree to the terms of the above
referenced ord2nance and as it may be amended in the future.
