HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-050 Warranty Deed - B&G PropertiesWARRANTY DEED B & G PROPERTIES, INC., an Oregon corporation, grantor, .conveys and warrants to the CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal corporation of the state of Oregon, grantee, the real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, subject to the exceptions attached to Exhibit A. Landscaping shall be planted and maintained by the grantee and its successors and assigns as a buffer between the golf club parking area and the abutting residential lots within the Oak Knoll Meadows Subdivision. The landscaping shall be of such type, density and arrangement to prevent automobile headlights from disturbing such abutting residential properties and shall provide a pleasing visual separation between such properties and the golf club parking area.
