THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE entered into this ~g~- day of
'~~. , 1985, between OAK KNOLL ENTERPRISE, INC., an Oregon
corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee", and the CITY OF
ASHLAND, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor".
IT IS AGREED THAT THE LEASE IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
1. INSURANCE. The first paragraph of Section XV of the
Lease is modified to read as follows:
"Lessee agrees to insure for fire and extended
coverage all improvements now on, or which may.be
hereafter constructed on said premises, said insurance
to be to the full replacemen~ cost of the improvements.
The Lessor shell be the sole named insured so that any
proceeds payable from such insurance shall be by way
of a check payable Solely to the Lessor;."
2. REMAINDER OF LEASE.
T~e remainder of the above referenced Lease as modified by
various addendums remains in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands
and seals the day and year first above written.
