It is recognized that the hereinafter described land
uses or is permitted to use Talent Irrigation District irrigation
water from thc City of Ashland, The right to the use of this
ware: is regulated snd may be temporar~].y or permanently terminated
pur:~ant to the provisions of Ashland C~.ty 'Ordinance No. 2188
and a~ it may be amended in the future. The land involved is
located at 601 Walnut in the City of Ashland, County

Tile owners or contract purchasers are the persons who
have signed this document and they agree to the terms of the above
referenced ordinance and as it may be amended in the future.
This agreement is to run with the land and to be binding
on the heirs, successors and assigns of the undersigned.
