KNOW ALL MEN BY TI-IESi~ PRESi~N'PS, THAT WE, STEVEN H. SHAPIRO and
DENNIS COOPER, do hereby 9rant to the public for public use,
easements, together with the right of access thereto, over,
across and upon the lands described in EXHIBIT "A" hereto, for
the purpose of installing and maintaining utilities, said
utilities to include electric power, telephone, water facilities,
sanmtary aha s~orm sewers, 9as, c~±~ T.V. and ir£i~ation.
Said easements are more particular].y shown and identified as P.U.E.
and Irrigation Easement upon [f. XiiIBIT "B" hereto which is hereby
incorporated herein.
