KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Mary Jo Mueggler ,
does hereby grant an Easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement .is for the construction of road slopes and for the
installation and p. erpetual maintenance of public .utiliti'es including but
not limited to storm drains;
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Initial Point of Cloer Subdivision to the City of Ashland,
monumented by a 3-inch bronze disk set in concrete marked:' Cloer Subdivision -
Initial Point - 1977 -'RLS 759, located in Section 16, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
North 25011'07'' West, 6..00 feet to the Southerly right of way of Glenwood Drive
for the True Point of Beginning; thence along the Westerly line of said subdivision
South 25o11'07'' East, 10.00 feet, thence, leaving said line, along a 165.74 foot
radius curve to the right 95.42 feet (the long chord of which bears South 81°45'11''
West, 94.11 feet) to the Easterly right-of-way line of Beach Street; thence along
said right-of-way line North 05°25'14'' East, 10.00 feet more or less to the
Southerly right-of-way line of Glenwood Drive, thence Easterly along said right of
way to the point of beginning.
The Grantor warrants that he is the owner of said real property free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record
on the below date.
