For and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned does hereby
sell, transfer and convey unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal corpora-
tion of the State of Oregon for street purposes, the real property
situated in said City of Ashland, County of Jackson, State of Oregon,
more particularly described on Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
The undersigned hereby warrants that said real property is
free of restrictions and encumbrances.
This instrument does not guarantee that any particular use
may be made of the property described in this instrument. A buyer
should check with the appropriate City or County Planning Department
to verify approved use.

A strip or parcel of land variable in width ... according
to that map recorded in Volume 6, page 48 of "Minor Land
Partitions" in Jackson County, Oregon and being more fully
described as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8 inch iron pin with plastic cap marked
L.S. 505 at the centerline of vacated South Street (ORD. 275)
and the Northerly right-of-way of vacated West Street
(ORD.-775) in the City of Ashland, ~e~*~on~_ ~, ~ Township 39
South, Range 1 East, of the Willamette Base and Meridian,
Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 00027'20'' East, 339.53
feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin with plastic cap marked L.S. 505;

pin with plastic cap marked L.So 505 at the Southwesterly
