As the owner(s) of the property listed above, and described in Exhibit "A", I/we
hereby consent to the following improvements, dedications, or other actions as required by
the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This
agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and
it is my/our express intention that this agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment
of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
Improvement, Dedication, or Other Action:
1. In favor of future improvements to the North extension of Scenic Drive.
Scenic Drive shall be improved to a width of 20 feet with a Jackgnn CnlJnty qtandard
"D" Asphalt Penetration Macadam. It shall be understnnd that the ahnv~ ~p~nifiPd
surfacing is not a permanent surfacing and shall not he cnn~ider~d in lip~l nf f.ture
improvements to current standards for which the applicant~ will hP
2. The applicant shall install a catch basin near the north terminus of Scenic Drive
to prevent storm water run-off onto private property.
3. No improvements shall be made adjacent to the Scenic Drive riqht of way which might
preclude or hinder the later development of the full riqht of way width on Scenic Drive.
The,proposed street profile and cross-section shall be approved by the City Public Works
