The City of Ashland hereby consents to the sublease of the
restaurant of the Oak Knoll Golf Course to Ifenneth L. Meirstin ,Ir. and
~] I~,/ '[,~'ker' . This consent is on the condition that
a grease trap be installed in the kitchen by How~mber 1, 1985.
and that said grease trap be installed to the satisfaction of the City
of Ashland, said satisfaction to be based upon the laws, rules and
regulations of the State of Oregon and the City of Ashland, the County
of Jackson. If said grease trap is not so installed by the foregoing
date, then this consent is null and void and the possession of the
restaurant will cease -to be the right of the persons to whom consent
