CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT
Addendum made this 4th day of December , 2003, between the City of Ashland
("City") and Navigant Consulting, Inc. ("Consultant").
Recitals:
A. On October 31,2003, City and Consultant entered into a Consultant Services
Contract (further referred to in this addendum as "the agreement").
B. The parties desire to amend the agreement to add services for marketing research,
additional travel, and more consulting hours to be conducted by or through Consultant.
City and Consultant agree to amend the agreement in the following manner:
1. Paragraph 5 of the agreement is amended to add the following services to be
conducted by or through Consultant:
Conducting market research adding an additional trip to Ashland
by Navigant personnel and more consulting hours.
2. Total payments for the services described in this addendum shall not exceed the
sum of $25,90026,00~s sum is in addition to the total sum specified in paragraph
8.3 of the agreeme~
3. Except as modified above the terms of the agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
