I apologize for the delay in returning the enclosed letter
concerning the correction of the vacation article and the
classification change to Meter Reader-Groundman, but have been
out of the office. I am' confident this corrects the matter.

Dear Mr. McLean:
I'm not sure why the correct vacation schedule was not
inserted into our agreement that ends June 30, 1988.
However, since it wasn't, I propose we use our Letter of
Understanding dated December 6, 1982 (attached) as the
correct Section 1.-1.4 of ARTICLE VI VACATIONS.
I also agree to combine the positions of Groundworker
and Meter Reader into a new position Meter Reader-Groundman,
job description attached.
These two positions are at the same salary rate and this
change will not affect the salary of either person in these
positions or the new position.
If these changes are acceptable to you, please sign
below, and on the copy enclosed, and return one to me.
