That RICt~RD J. SLUSSER and ~RIANNE SLUSSER
, do hereby grant an Ea'sement unto
the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for
and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and maintenance of underground public
utilities and related ~bovo-grmmd appurtenances
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Donation Land Claim No. 45, Town-
ship 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County,
Oregon, thence West 196.68 feet, thence South 00012' West, 2135.70 feet
to a 3/4" iron pipe moi~umenting the northeast corner of Kensington
Subdivision in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, said north-
east corner further described as being the southeast corner of. tract
described in Volume 179, page 206 of the Deed Records of Jackson' County,
Oregon, thence West, '400.00 feet to a 3/4" iron pipe monumenting the
northwest corner of said subdivision, thence along the west line of said
Kensington Subdivision, South 00007' East, 117.80 feet to a 5/8" iron
pin for the True Point of Beginning; thence continue along the west line
'of said Kensington Subdivision, South 00007' East, 104.20 feet, thence
West 10.00 feet, thence North 00007' West, 109.20 feet, thence East
10.00 feet, thence along the West line of said Kensington Subdivision,
South 00007' East, 5.0 feet tO the True Point of Beginning.

property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except
those of record on the below date.
The Grantee shall have the right to go on the above described
premises for the purpose of installing and maintaining underground
utility lines and related above-ground appurtenances. '
