KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the Oregon Shakespearean Festival Association
does hereby grant an Easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement .is for installation and maintenance of underground electrical
utility lines and related above-ground appurtenanceS; includ~ng:~n~ __
transformer
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
An easement over a strip of land 10 feet in width and lying 5 feet on each side of
the following described centerline:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim Number 40, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 487.71
feet and West 220.96 feet for the True Point of Beginning; thence North 20°03'12'' East,
137.53 feet; thence North 29055'54'' East, 41.62 feet; thence North 05o53'33'' East,
17.92 feet for the terminus of this easement.
Excepting therefrom those portions lying within the boundaries of public rights of ways.

The Grantor warrants that he is the owner of said real property free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record
on the below date.
