electrical utility lines and related above-~round appurtenances .(~nclqding

and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to,wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block'9, of the City
of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, according to the official
plat thereof, now of record; thence along the Northeasterly line
of said lot North 55618' West 14.35 feet; thence South 35°02'
West, 130.00 feet and parallel with the Southeasterly line of
said Lot 2, Block 9 to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 4~
55°18' West, 5.00 feet; thence North 35°02' East, 10.00 feet;
thence South 55°18' East, 5.00 feet; thence South 35°02' West,
10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
