does hereby grant an Easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement .is for installation and maintenance of a sanitary se~er
line and its related appurtenances,
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
An easement 10 feet in width lying 5 feet on each side of the following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the Northerly right of way line of C Street with the
Westerly right of way line of Oak Street in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon;
thence along said right of way line of Oak Street North 23o11'39'' West, 60.06 feet to a
found 5/8 inch iron pin monumenting the Northeast corner of parcel number 2 as shown on
that minor land partition filed for record on the 30th day of July 1980 and recorded
in Volume 3 page 64 of "Minor Land Partitions" in said county and state; thence along
the boundary line between lots 1 and 2 of said minor land partition North 66°48'21'' West,
111.09 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 15°20'13'' East, 19.32 feet;
thence North 18o52'45'' East, 45.99 feet to the Northerly boundary line of parcel number
1 of said minor land partition for the terminus of this easement. The side lines of
which shall be extended and/or shortened to close upon said boundary lines.
