That Merle E. Mills and Arlene Mills
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASttLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and perpetual main-
tenance of storm drain pipelines;
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
A strip or parcel of land 10.00 feet in width and being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwes~ corner of Donation Land Claim Number 40, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 00°04'40"
East, along the East right of way of Scenic Drive, 65.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along said right of way North 00o04'40'' East, 27.00 feet
to the West Northwest corner of that tract of land described in that deed recorded
in Volume 472 page 438 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 89o52'47'' East, 10.00 feet; thence South 00o04'40'' West, 27.00 feet; thence
