of February , 1983, by and between the CITY OF ASHLAND,
hereinafter referred to as "City" and VINCENT OREDSON, herein-
after referred to as "Oredson."
WITNESSETH:
City hereby grants to Oredson and his heirs, successors,
and assigns the right to cross the City's property at the end of
Sam Evans Place in the City of Ashland for the purpose of access
to Tax Lot 300. This grant of access is limited to whatever
property is owned by the City and is also subject to Oredson's
compliance witk all City rules, regulations, and ordinances.
This Agreement shall expire on October 1, 1983.
