KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That William W. Bea~e
does hereby grant an Easement
unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,
for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement .is for a Public Utility Easement including Cable T.V.
and which Easement is over the property situated in. Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim No. 41 in
Section 4, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian,
Jackson County, Oregon; thence North 304.69 feet and West 807.27 feet
to a 5/8 inch iron pin marked R.L.S. 638 located at an angle point in
the Easterly right of way of Ann Street also being the monument for
the Northwest corner of parcel number 1 as show~a on that minor land
partition filed for record on the 27th day of December 1978 in Volume 2
page 71 of the "Minor Land Partition" records in said county and state
for the True Point of Beginning; thence North 89o57'03'' West, 22.73
feet along ~'he right of way of said street to the Southwest corner of
that parcel of land described in Volume 263 page 599 of the Deed
Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence along the Easterly right of
way of said street North 00°11'33 TM West, 57.00 feet; thence leaving
said right of way North 89048'27'' East, 22.73 feet; thence South 00°11'33 TM
East, 57.10 feet to the point of beginning.

The Grantor warrants that he is the owner of said real property free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record
on the below date.

Re: Grant of sewer service connections
Dear Mr. Beagle:
The purpose of this letter is to clarify the terms of considera-
tion given in acquisition of two sanitary sewer easements by the City
of Ashland in 1962-1963.
It shall be understood by all parties involved that Mr. William
W. Beagle has been granted three (3) four-inch sanitary sewer connec-
tions to existing c~ty sewer mains. The connections shall be located
on any one or all of the following lots:
(a) 39 1E 4DB tax lot 300
(b) 39 1E 4DB tax lot 500
(c) 39 1E 4DD tax lot 1600
It shall be further understood that the sewer connections will
be made to existing sewer mains. Connections requiring extensions of
existing sewer mains or construction of new mains will not be consid-
ered under this agreement.
