KSOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~:~
That the ARCHDIOCESE OF PORTLAND IN OREGON, an Oregon Corporation,
does hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Hunicipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one thousand dollars, ($1,000)
and other good and valuable consideration which Easement is for installation and
maintenance of a water pumping station and its related appurtenances and which
Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon, described as
follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim Number 45, in Township
39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 1500.96 feet and West 204.36 feet to a point on the approximate physical
center line of Hillview Drive for the True Point of Beginning; thence North 89°
40'33" West, 39.00 feet; thence South 00o19'27'' West, 20.00 feet to a point in
the right of way of Peachy Road; thence South 89o40'33'' East, 39.00 feet to said
center line of Hillview Drive; thence along said center line North 00°19'27'' East,
20.00 feet to the point of beginning.

The Grantors warrant that they are the owners of said real property
free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, except those of record
on the below date.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this Easement to be
signed by its President and Secretary.
