In the Matter of Approval of
the Improvement of Mistletoe Road
by City of Ashland and Approval
of Assessments
RESOLUTION AND ORDER No. VT~-~
RECITALS:
1. The City of Ashland has accepted the Petition of residents
of the City and of the County abutting the City limits, for creation
of a local improvement district, to improve portions of Mistletoe
Road. A copy of the Petition is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. 1983 Or Laws Chapter 259, Section 2, provides a method
for the County to appz'ove the i

therefor, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners.
3. The Estimated Cost Per Lot for the project is attached
hereto as Exhibit B. The properties will be assessed on the
basis of front footage on the road.
4. It appears that all of the requirements of 1983 Or Laws
Chapter 259 have been met.
THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Jackson County
hereby ORDERS and RESOLVES:
1. The improvement of those portions of Mistletoe Road
called for in the attached Exhibit A is hereby approved.
2. The assessment of the properties as indicated on the
attached Exhibit B is hereby approved, so long as the actual
assessment upon completion of the improvement does not exceed
110 percent of the Estimated Cost Per Lot as indicated on
Exhibit B.
