ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
BE'i~EEN
THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON
and
LOCAL. UNION NO. 659
INTERNATIONAL BROT}-rERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS
WHEREAS, there presently exists an Agreement between
the parties effective July 1, 1982, through June 30, 1985,
covering wages, hours and working conditions, and
WHEREAS, the existing Agreement provides under Article XX
for revisions to the wage rates under "Appendix B" July 1, 1983,
and.July 1, 1984. In accordance with those provisions, the
wage rates for each classification are as follows:

Effective January 1, 1985, the following sentence shall be
added to ARTICLE XVI "Health, Welfare and Retirement"
Section 2 - Retirement: "The City will assume or pay the
employee contribution required by PERS for all employees
covered by this Agreement at a uniform rate of 6%.
