KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS'
That Ron G. Wilson and Leiv Vikinastad
do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for installation and maintenance of
one above ground electrical transformer and its related appurtenances
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
A strip or parcel of land 10.00 feet in width lying 5.00 feet
on each side of the following described center line:
Commencing at the Section Corner common to Sections 11, 12, 13
and 14 in Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette
Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence South 118.31 feet and
West 1012.43 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
South 00°05'21'' West t0.00 feet to the terminus of this easement.
