Changes tn description, area and fees on page one are as foltows:
1. Description and reference to map are deleted and replaced by the following:
Tracts of land in the SW1/4 NWl/4, SE1/4 NWl/4 Section 28; Lot 1, Section 29,.
T. 39 $., R. 1 E., W.H., as shown on the September 1983 plat signed by
galcolm N. Clark wh±ch is attached to and hereby made a part of this permit.
2. Area is changed from 13 acres to 9.8 acres. ~
3. Annual fee is changed from $260.00 to $196.00.
The remainder of the permit is unchanged.
This Amendment is accepted subject to the conditions set forth herein, and to conditions
